1. Free Forever Plan

Our basic plan is forever free and does not require credit card details. You can evaluate MakeGSTBill with no financial commitment whatsoever.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you upgrade to any paid Pro or Business plan and find that MakeGSTBill does not fit your operational workflow, you can request a 100% full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, simply send an email to [email protected] with your registered account email and invoice receipt number. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit card) within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with full Pro features until the conclusion of the currently paid billing period.

5. Data Access Post Cancellation

Cancelling a paid plan does not delete your historical invoice data. Your account seamlessly reverts to the Free Forever tier, allowing you to access, view, and export all previously generated GST tax invoices and accounting records.
