1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the MakeGSTBill website, web application, API, and associated tools (collectively, the "Service") owned and operated by XSPACEWEB PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62012JH2024PTC022737), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MakeGSTBill provides cloud-based Goods and Services Tax (GST) invoicing, customer ledgers, payment tracking, inventory management, and tax reporting software. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We continuously innovate and improve the platform, and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts & Data Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Each user account is strictly private and data is protected via row-level security.

4. Statutory Tax Compliance Disclaimer

While MakeGSTBill implements automated calculations adhering to the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act 2017 and State GST Acts, you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of tax rates, HSN codes, customer GSTINs, and filing returns with the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN). MakeGSTBill does not provide legal, financial, or formal tax advisory services.

5. Ownership of Data

You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights over your customer data, invoice items, and financial records. MakeGSTBill does not sell, license, or monetize your business transaction data.

6. Subscription & Payments

Free accounts may access core features with stated usage thresholds. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as explicitly provided in our Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Corporate Address

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
